Sheranne Fairley is a Ph.D scholar in the School of Marketing and Management at Griffith University (Gold Coast Campus) where her primary interests focus on sport fanship, sport tourism, volunteers, and sport event management. She is currently serving on the board of the Sport Management Association of Australia and New Zealand as the student representative. She has been involved in a number of research projects, of which she has presented the findings at various conferences including the Sport Management Association of Australia and New Zealand (SMAANZ), the Council for Australian University Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE), and the International Year of Volunteers annual conferences.
